Your subscription bills from the price you signed at, not from our current list price. When we reprice a plan it moves for new sign-ups — which is how every price change we have made has worked so far.
The only extras are the ones that cost us to run.
AI answers and machine translation are charged by the model every time they run. Everything else that runs your venue is in the plan. Nothing here is required, and top-ups never renew on their own.

With your first order, not the day you sign up. You have up to 45 days to get set up, then 21 days free once you’re live. After that you pick a plan or your account pauses — either way, your data is safe for 30 days.
You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Fees are charged in advance and we don’t refund part-months or the unused part of an annual term. We do refund billing errors in full — a wrong amount, a double charge, or a charge after you cancelled. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Atlas is an add-on, and it includes 700 AI credits a month. An Atlas question uses 2 credits, so that’s about 350 questions, and the same credits cover your other AI features. Heavy users top up with credit packs that never expire. Your wallet is always visible.
No. AtTable does not take a percentage of your sales, and there is no per-cover commission on bookings. Card processing is charged by your payment provider — Stripe, Square, Clover or SumUp — at their rates, directly to you, and the money settles into your own account.
One delivered message to one recipient. Bulk campaigns count once per recipient. Failed sends do not count. Email goes out through Resend and SMS through Twilio; an SMS longer than 160 characters counts as more than one segment against your SMS cap.
