We are not trying to replace your till. We replace the order-and-pay app, the booking platform and the back office.
Most venues end up with an EPOS, a QR ordering app, a booking platform and a back-office subscription — four bills, four logins, and no single place where the menu, the covers, the food cost and the hours meet. AtTable is that place.
A 20-minute walkthrough · No card required · No obligation
In one paragraph
AtTable is the revenue-and-cost layer that sits on top of whatever till a venue already runs.
Guests order and pay from their own phones. Bookings and events fill the diary and cut no-shows. GP% per dish is costed from real delivery notes. Supplier invoices get checked against what actually turned up. Staff hours are recorded in a way that would survive a tribunal. All of it on one login, with no contract to sign.

What you would need to buy to get this elsewhere
The columns are kinds of product, not particular companies — every vendor prices and bundles differently, and the only version of this table that stays true is the one that describes the category. Check your own contract for the specifics.

Before you sign anything
Four questions worth asking every vendor
Features are easy to demo and hard to compare. Terms are the opposite. These are the four that decide what a system actually costs you over three years — and our answers to them.
What happens if I want to leave in month three?
You leave. No minimum term, no notice period, no early-termination fee, and your data exports clean.
What stops the price going up once I depend on it?
Every price change we have made has applied to new sign-ups only — existing customers carry on paying what they signed at. If yours ever had to change you get 60 days’ written notice, and with no minimum term you can leave before it takes effect.
Do you take a cut of what my guests spend?
No commission per order and no fee per cover. Ordering, bookings and events are priced as software, not as a tax on your covers.
Whose bank account does the money land in?
Yours. We are never the merchant of record — card payments run through your own Stripe, Square, Clover or SumUp account and settle to you.
Where we sit
The systems venues tell us they already run
Keep the till. AtTable is not trying to be one — it is the layer on top that costs the menu, fills the diary and records the hours.
Same QR code, wider job. Ordering is where AtTable starts, not where it stops — the same session feeds GP%, guest profiles and the insights inbox.
Your diary, your covers, your guest list. Bookings, deposits, events and private hire are included rather than metered per head.
One subscription instead of two. Recipe costing, supplier checking, rotas and clocking in already share a login with the ordering data.
Named for recognition only. AtTable sitting alongside a system is not the same as being connected to it — what is actually wired up today, and how far, is listed honestly on the integrations page. All product names are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Where we are the wrong answer
Better to hear it now than in week six
Every comparison page on the internet is written by the winner. So here is the list of things AtTable does not do — the ones that lose us deals, printed at the same size as everything else.
We are not your till
No cash drawer, no cash-up, no Z-report. If you need to replace an EPOS, you need an EPOS.
We never hold your money
Good for you, but it means we cannot solve a card processing problem. That stays between you and your acquirer.
We do not do tronc
Tips can be attributed to who earned them. Deciding the split is a legal act and we deliberately do not make it.
We are not payroll
Approved hours and a CSV your bureau can read. No gross pay, no tax, no NI, no pensions, no payslips.
No loyalty scheme
No points, no stamps, no gift cards. Guest profiles and targeted invitations are a different tool for a related job.
No aggregator orders
Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat tickets do not appear in AtTable. We give you the direct channel, not their traffic.
If one of those is the problem you are actually trying to solve, we will say so on the call and point you somewhere better. It is a cheaper conversation than the one in month three.
