Delete your AtTable account

For everyone who signs in to AtTable, including the AtTable Terminal and AtTable Kitchen apps. AtTable is a product of SAVV8 LIMITED.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in at attable.io/login with your email and password.
  2. Open Settings, then Support & data.
  3. Under Close your account, tap Close account and confirm.

Your account is deleted 30 days later. Until then you can keep using AtTable, and you can cancel the request from the same screen.

Can't sign in, or you only use a PIN at work? Email privacy@attable.io from the address on your account, or tell us the venue you work at, and ask us to delete your account. We reply within one month. If you only use a PIN, your manager can also remove you from the venue under Team.

What is deleted

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your password and every sign-in, on every device
  • Your access to every venue you belonged to

What is kept, and for how long

Some records belong to the business you worked for, and the law requires them to be kept. They stay, but they no longer name you:

  • Orders, payments, refunds and receipts the venue took: at least 7 years
  • Shifts, hours worked and pay records: at least 6 years
  • Tips and tip payouts: at least 3 years
  • Holiday records: at least 6 years
  • Incident records: at least 3 years from the record or its latest follow-up
  • Right-to-work checks: at least 2 years after the person leaves

These are the shortest times the law allows, not dates when the records are deleted. Nothing deletes them automatically. When your account is deleted, your name is removed from them and the hours and amounts stay.

If a venue is deleted, its owner is offered a copy of the staff records first: hours, tips, holiday, incidents and right-to-work checks, with a list of the venue's documents. Scanned documents (right-to-work evidence, certificates) are not in that copy; the owner downloads them from the app before deleting.

If you own a venue

Closing your account does not delete a venue somebody else also runs. If you are the only owner, you choose when you close your account: hand the venue over to someone else first, or delete it along with your account. Deleting a venue removes it from AtTable, including its menus, guest list and settings, so download any takings and records you need to keep before the 30 days are up.
